Matt, our Director of Operations, is much more than his title suggests. As our Master Electrician and solar expert with over 9 years of solar experience, he’s the go-to person for all things technical and is fondly regarded as our Captain. A natural leader, Matt sets a high standard for everyone in the company, always ready to go the extra mile for his coworkers and customers. In his free time, he enjoys attending music festivals, fishing, kayaking, and, more often than not, losing to Vinny in golf.

Mason has been with the company since its inception and is known as our very own Swiss Army knife. Always ready to learn and eager to help, he brings a positive attitude and adaptability to every project. Outside of work, Mason enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their two Corgis, Honey and Ham, and watching his Ohio State Buckeyes!

Aldo joined our team in 2022 and quickly became an expert in rooftop solar installations. He takes pride in ensuring each project is completed safely and efficiently. Alongside his work, Aldo serves in the Army Reserve, reflecting his strong sense of duty. Outside of work, he loves watching soccer, especially following Lionel Messi, and spending quality time with his wife and their two dogs.
